Just wanted to take a minute and give you some feedback on the work you just completed for us. We had a dollar figure in mind from previous experience with other tradesmen and your bid was appropriate. We also knew it would be a little less expensive if one person could do all the work instead of hiring several to do different things. You being able to do the lanai ceiling replacement, door repair/replacement, house painting, and fan and coach light replacement simplified things for us. Also, being on time was appreciated and something you don't always get from other companies or individuals.

The quality of work and your attention to detail was more than we expected as well as more than we are used to receiving. Oh, one more thing. Thanks for doing a thorough job of cleaning up the used materials and waste products.
